Tobervilla House Terms and Conditions

    We look forward to welcoming you to Tobervilla House. These terms and conditions apply to all guests on the property –


    Bookings

    • Upon booking we take a €100 deposit for your stay. This is held to secure your booking and becomes a part-payment towards your stay.
    • Final payments are due 5 days ahead of your stay via our online portal.
    • If you are experiencing any problems with payment please contact admin@tobervillahouse.com for assistance.
    • Check in is from 3pm onwards and check out is at 11am or before. We may be able to facilitate early check-ins/late check-outs upon request of guests.


    Cancellations

    We understand that plans can change and so have a flexible cancellation policy.

    • Your booking can be cancelled with a full refund of your deposit a fortnight ahead of your booking.
    • Cancellation within 2 weeks of your booking will forfeit the deposit, but there will be no further charges.
    • Cancellation within 5 days of your booking date makes the guest liable for the full cost of the booking.
    • Where possible we would endeavour to postpone your stay. However full payment must be made for the booking; and this can be used as credit towards a future stay. This may only be availed of once.
    • Should your cancellation occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and you have travel insurance; our admin team can provide you with a receipt or any documentation needed to assist your claim of the cost of stay. Please direct any enquires to admin@tobervillahouse.com.


    Amenities

    • The house is strictly a no smoking facility. Guests are welcome to smoke in our outdoor areas.
    • Our property is maintained in pristine condition and guests are expected to respect and reasonably use the property and its contents. Any damage caused by guests will be billed to guests.
    • The hot tub and gym are accessible to guests within operating hours of 7am to 10pm. These facilities are off-limits outside these times. Guests are expected to exercise reasonable caution when accessing these facilities. Guests must deem themselves to be in suitable health to safely partake in these facilities.
    • Guests must have appropriate foreknowledge to make use of the gym equipment safely. It is expected guests read and follow the clearly displayed warning signs (rules) in these areas. Tobervilla House and management do not accept any responsibility for misadventure in the spa or gym due to failing to read and adhere to rules; improper use of equipment; or failing to exercise appropriate personal cautions through either inexperience or tomfoolery.
    • The bar, kitchen and utility room of the main house is always off-limits to guests.
    • Guests are expected to follow designated signs of no-entry areas and warning signs within the grounds.
    • Guest’s vehicles should be parked in the designated car park and never driven onto the grass or patio areas. All care but no responsibility is taken by Tobervilla House or management to guarantee the safety of vehicles or their contents. Guests assume this responsibility.
    • The playground in the adjacent house is off-limits to guests.
