Yes, the entire estate at Tobervilla House can be rented to accommodate up to 23 people. Host your special gathering or simply holiday in elegance and luxury. 

We can recommend bespoke catering, golf, guided walks, charcuterie with drinks and music in the lounge, or private tours.

Indeed, anything to suit your group and to make your stay truly memorable! The whole property is at your disposal and we can interact with groups as much or as little as you require.

Whether you want a completely catered and serviced package, or to enjoy your time and space privately for the duration of your stay; we cater for all options. 

The location of the house is perfect for exploring south Kerry. Check out our Explore tab to see some of the many attractions close by; including 4 separate beaches! Certainly a hit with families!

Your host Melissa has a long history in planning hospitality functions and events having studied this at university level and executed diverse functions in her previous field. She has an extensive list of suppliers available, including catering, transport, cake design, flower design, and music to liaise with; to help you plan your private event exactly as you dreamt it.

Tobervilla provides an elegant backdrop to any family or friends gathering. There are 3 kitchens across the estate.  You will have exclusive use of the leisure faculties- outdoor hot tub, gym and large garden area.  There is also plenty of parking for all your guests. 

The main house (sleeping 17 people + infants) is configured as –

  • 5 x double/twin rooms with ensuites. (These can be made as 6 Ft wide beds, or as 2 x single beds)
  • 1 x Triple room (3 x single beds, or 1 x 6ft bed and a single)
  • 1 x Self-contained apartment (1 x King Size bed and a King size sofa fold-out bed in the lounge – very comfortable 4 inch thick mattress)
  • The lounge downstairs is large and has a bar with all glassware.
  • The kitchen downstairs has a 7 burner/2 oven/1 grill stove combination. All the cutlery, cooking ware and crockery are provided in elegant fine china. The servery can be opened to connect the kitchen to the dining area. A dishwasher, ice machine, toaster and kettle are of course included in equipment provide.
  • Dining conservatory with seating for 20 people, and commercial grade coffee machine.
  • Utility room with washer, dryer, chest freezer and large fridge.  

In the adjacent Carriage House (5 additional people + infants) is configured as –

  • Upstairs there is a Double Room (King size bed) and a Triple Room (either 3 x singles, or 1 x 6FT bed and a single bed). There is also a shared bathroom.
  • Downstairs is an open-plan lounge and dinning area with wiid fireplace. A large kitchen, a single toilet and a utility area with washer and dryer.

Cleaning or room service can be provided during your stay at an additional cost.
